Going to Target for us feels like a field trip. Whike a new City Target opened up only a few miles from us and has a free parking lot, I still just prefer shopping online. Recently we ran an errand w the whole family and walked our way to Target.
Here is what is looks like when a bunch of seldom target shoppers end up at Target:
1. Kirra calks the mannequins 'mommy' and 'Cintya'.
2. Liams head fits a 5yr old helmet
3. Kirra tries to talk me into me getting myself a Barbie (aka so that she can get one)
4. Liam is lost in denim
It was entertaining but the hardest part was dodging all the princess merchandize. Kirra sat in the books section reading a thick children's Disney Princesses Short Stories book she would not put down. I had to ask her like 50 tines to put it away. Then we passed by the princess legos and Barbie's and dogs and clothing. It is just a dream for a little girl in love with the magical world of princesses and makes running errands so much harder than it has to be!
Tho I just took liam on a quick errand to Walgreens and ended up with him throwing a 45 minute screaming hitting and kicking tantrum. I think I'd rather buy the princess books.
