Kirra was an early bloomer when it came to teething and starting solids. The two bottom teeth came in at 5 months and we tried our baby cereals and banana with her when she was 5.5 months old. The teething was accompanied by a lot of drooling (and a bad rash all over her cheeks, neck, chin from the saliva) and her wanting to chew anything she could (toys, your hand or fingers, clothes...). Kirra has evolved from DJ Kirra (fingers) to DJ Kirra toes! Turns the mobile on and off with her feet- pretty talented. She has begun playing the music when she wakes up from her naps- which gives away when she's waking up.

Colin also celebrated his 30th birthday this month- we had a BBQ and invited some friends over for a summer party!

We also celebrated my first Mother's Day with Kirra at Cintya and Brian's house. Kirra was the center of attention as always!
